Registration

Steps

To register for any of the Oxford Institute for Science and Spirituality courses, you need to:

Download, print, and complete the Registration Form (you will need Acrobat Reader to open this file).

If you are paying by check, write it out in US dollars (payable to Kevin Sharpe, Inc.) and send it with the completed Registration Form to:

Kevin Sharpe, Inc., 7 Florence Road, Harrington Park, NJ 07640, USA (or to Kevin Sharpe, Inc., 10 Shirelake Close, Oxford OX1 1SN, United Kingdom).

If you are paying by credit card, complete the credit card payment section on the Registration Form and either:

fax the completed Registration Form to (in the US) 1-201-586-0340 or (in the UK) 0870-130-6900, or
mail it to: Kevin Sharpe, Inc., 7 Florence Road, Harrington Park, NJ 07640, USA (or to Kevin Sharpe, Inc., 10 Shirelake Close, Oxford OX1 1SN, United Kingdom).

Whatever way you transmit them, receipt of them will be acknowledged.
